Credits appear after Cashfree confirms payment. Returning from checkout alone does not add credits.

Refund requests are allowed within 24 hours after a recharge is credited, only if none of that recharge's credits funded an ad. Requests reserve the credits until reviewed. Unused credits remain available for future ads after 24 hours; they are not automatically cashed out. Read the full Ads Wallet refund policy.

If a payment is disputed or charged back, its remaining credits may be frozen or reversed and ad access may be temporarily restricted.
