Our platform facilitates this connection by allowing Editors to create profiles and Clients to browse these profiles and initiate contact directly.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

• Editors: You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile, including your skills, portfolio, and contact details. You agree to represent your work truthfully.
• Clients: You agree to use the platform to find editors for legitimate projects. You are responsible for vetting editors and managing your projects.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

3. Platform Role and Payments

• Kalakar Guild acts solely as a discovery platform. We are not a party to any agreement, contract, or transaction between a Client and an Editor.
• All financial arrangements, including rates, payments, and deadlines, are to be negotiated and handled directly between the Client and the Editor.
• Zero Commission: Kalakar Guild does not charge any commission on the earnings of Editors.
• We are not responsible for any payment disputes, non-payment, or quality of work. We strongly recommend both parties use a clear, written agreement.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Posting false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
• Infringing on any third-party's copyright, patent, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Harassing, abusing, or harming another person.
• Using the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services, at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users of the platform, us, or third parties.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or that you will find suitable editors or clients. We do not endorse any user and are not responsible for the conduct of any user of the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kalakar Guild be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to, disputes between users, loss of work, or loss of profits.
